To cook semiya
- 200 gms Vermicelli
- 3Tsp Ghee
To make masala
- 1Cup beef
- ½Tsp turmeric powder
- 2Tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
- 2Tsp Coriander powder
- ¼Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1Tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1Tsp Lemon juice
- ¼Cup Coconut oil
- 1Cup Onion
- 1Tbspn Ginger crushed
- 1Tbspn Garlic crushed
- 2Numbers Green Chilly
- 3Tbspn Ghee
- 1Hand full Coriander leaves
- 1Hand full Mint leaves
- 1Spring Curry leaves
- 3Tbspn Cashew nuts
- 3Tbspn Raisins
Boil water in a pan. Add ghee and salt. Mix well. Transfer vermicelli to boiling water.
Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Don’t allow it to over cook. Strain it, pour some water to remove excess starch. Keep it aside.
Cook beef with ¼ Tsp of turmeric powder and salt.
Take turmeric powder, kashmiri chilly powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt in bowl. Mix well and transfer cooked and shredded beef to it. Apply this masala over the beef.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Transfer marinated beef to it. Fry it in medium flame.
Add onion and saute till they become soft. Then add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilly. Saute well.
Then add ghee, mix well with our masala.
To this add coriander leaves, mint leaves and curry leaves. Saute well. Adjust salt.
Add cashew nuts and raisins. Allow it to fry.
Transfer cooked vermicelli and garam masala to it. Mix this well with our masala. Cover it and keep it for 5 minutes in low flame.
Now our semiya biriyani is ready. Combine it again.
Now our delicious semiya biriyani is ready to serve. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!!
