Ingredients

  • Maida - 2 cup
  • Salt - one pinch
  • Egg - 1
  • Turmeric powder - one pinch
  • Coconut(grated) - one half
  • Sugar - As needed
  • Cardamom - 1 crushed
  • Ghee - As needed

Method

To Maida add beaten egg, turmeric powder and salt as needed and make a batter like dosa batter and keep it aside.

Grate coconut and add sugar, cardamom and ghee to it. if required you can add one pinch of cumin seed instead of cardamom. You can also add avil together with coconut to make more tasty. knead them well.

Take a pan and grease it with ghee. Then pour the spoonful of  batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to thin round, keep on medium flame.

When it gets cooked on one side place the prepared mixture on one end of it and roll it.

Repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
