Chicken Fry


  • Chicken Pieces - 10 small pieces
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Tamarind water - 3 tsp
  • Curd - 1 tsp
  • Beaten egg - 1
  • Salt - As needed
  • Coconut oil - As needed


Cut chicken into small pieces and clean chicken pieces carefully.

Add Turmeric powder, Ginger - garlic paste, Kashmiri chilly powder, Coriander powder, Tamarind water, Curd, Beaten egg, Salt as required to chicken pieces and mix them well.

Marinate the chicken pieces for minimum half an hour.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces. Fry till the chicken is cooked and soft.

Remove from the oil and drain.

Serve tasty chicken fry with hot.
